Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
Fluffy Cat Care provides drop-in pet sitting services for cats and small animals, as agreed at the time of booking.

Each visit will last approximately 30 - 40 minutes unless otherwise discussed (for example your cat is not at home during the visit time).

Cat Sitting is only available at properties that can be reached by cycling or walking in TW8 and W5.

If 2 visits a day are booked these will be in the morning before 09:00 and in the evening after 17:00.
2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (e.g. email or message).

Payment terms: Payment must be made 24 hours in advance of the first day of the cat sitting service taking place.

Payments can be made via bank transfer.
-
Late payments or non-payment will mean that no future cat sitting services will be offered.
-
Owners must complete all sections of the booking form before a booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the first visit: No charge.
-
Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of total fee paid.
-
The above fees may be waived at Fluffy Cat Care’s discretion.
4. Access to Property

The owner must provide safe and secure access to the property (e.g. keys, codes).

Keys will be handled securely and returned as agreed.

Fluffy Cat Care is not responsible for issues arising from faulty locks, alarms, or access instructions.

Any previous difficulties with access (faulty locks/alarms) must be disclosed in advance.
5. Pet Health and Behaviour

Owners must disclose any health conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements.
-
All pets must be in good health unless otherwise agreed.
-
Aggressive or dangerous behaviour must be disclosed in advance.

Fluffy Cat Care reserves the right to terminate a visit if a pet poses a risk to safety.
6. Veterinary Care and Emergencies

In the event of illness or injury, Fluffy Cat Care will attempt to contact the owner.

If the owner cannot be reached, Fluffy Cat Care may seek veterinary care if deemed necessary and follow the guidance of the vet in all cases.

The owner agrees to cover all veterinary and transport costs incurred.
7. Medication

Medication will only be administered with clear written instructions.

While all care will be taken, Fluffy Cat Care cannot guarantee successful administration in all cases, especially if it causes distress or the cat is very resistant.
8. Home Security and Liability

Fluffy Cat Care will take reasonable care to ensure the security of your home.

Fluffy Cat Care is not liable for burglary, damage, or accidents beyond its control.

Any existing issues with the property (e.g. leaks, boiler issues etc) must be disclosed.

Fluffy Cat Care does not offer any type of home sitting service. However, we will do our best to keep an eye on the general safety and wellbeing of your property and let you know if we notice any issues.
9. Insurance

Fluffy Cat Care is fully insured for pet sitting services. Details are available upon request.
10. Owner Responsibilities
The owner agrees to:

Provide sufficient food, litter, and supplies.

Provide clear written instructions for care.
-
Ensure the home environment is safe.
-
Fully complete the booking form.
11. Updates and Communication

Fluffy Cat Care will provide an update on your cat’s wellbeing at each visit. This will be a written update accompanied by photographs/videos provided your cat is at home during the visit.
12. Data Protection

Personal information will be used only for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
13. Force Majeure
-
Fluffy Cat Care is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond control (e.g. severe weather, transport disruption, emergencies).
14. Agreement

By booking services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
